Membership at Pi

The Essentials

• 3-month minimum commitment

• Monthly auto-payment (your join date becomes your billing date)

• Sessions reset each month (no rollover or transfers)

• Cancel with 1 month’s written notice (after initial term)

• Pause available (minimum 1 month at a time, with a week’s prior notice in writing )

Membership is not a drop-in arrangement — it is a commitment to your practice.

Full Membership Terms

Commitment

All memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment from the start date.
After this period, memberships continue on a rolling monthly basis.

Billing

Your enrolment date becomes your monthly billing date.
All payments are taken automatically via your stored card.
You are responsible for ensuring your card details remain valid and up to date.

Monthly Sessions

Following each successful payment, you will receive your monthly allocation of sessions.
Sessions must be used within that billing period.

Unused sessions cannot be:

• Carried forward

• Shared

• Transferred to another client

Booking & Cancellations

All sessions are subject to the studio cancellation policy.

• Late cancellations or missed sessions will result in the session being lost

• All cancellations must be made via your online account

• We are unable to accept cancellations via phone or email

Pausing Your Membership

You may pause your membership for one billing month at a time.

• A minimum of 3 working days’ notice is required before your next billing date

• Pauses cannot be applied retrospectively

Cancelling Your Membership

After the initial 3-month commitment, you may cancel your membership with:

• 1 full month’s written notice

Example:
If your billing date is the 15th, notice must be received before the 15th for that to be your final payment.

Fixed-Term Memberships (if applicable)

For 12-month memberships:

• Membership will end at the completion of the agreed term unless renewed

• To continue, you must reactivate via your account or contact the studio before the final billing cycle completes

• If not renewed, access to booking will end

Pricing

Memberships and studio pricing are reviewed annually (typically in March).
Any changes will be communicated in advance.

Package Expiry

All packages have a fixed validity period from the date of purchase:

• Single Session — valid for 30 days

• 6 Pack — valid for 60 days (approx. 1 session per week)

• 12 Pack — valid for 120 days (approx. 1–2 sessions per week)

• 24 Pack — valid for 210 days (approx. 2–3 sessions per week)

Duet Packages:

• 12 Duet Pack (6 duets) — valid for 60 days (approx. 1 per week)

• 24 Duet Pack (12 duets) — valid for 120 days (approx. 1–2 per week)

Important

All packages are sold with a clear expiry date.

We do not offer extensions, transfers, or refunds on unused sessions.

Cancellations & No Shows

All bookings are subject to the following cancellation policy:

• Classes require a minimum of 12 hours’ notice

• Privates, Duets & Trios require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice

Cancellations must be made via your online account.

We are unable to accept cancellations via phone or email.

Late Cancellations & No Shows

Late cancellations or missed sessions will result in the full session rate being charged or the session being deducted from your package/membership. description
