The Mat teacher training is one of the very few trainings to maintain the full repertoire within its system of training; the original 34 exercises developed by Mr Pilates. On this 4-month training, learn how to effectively move your clients through the repertoire and explore the different ways to progress and challenge your clients, deepening the muscular connection. Simultaneously sharpening and honing a high degree of teaching skills.
