Balancing is movement — the invisible thread that runs through the Method. In this session, we’ll explore Balancing, Standing, and Punching — three dynamic movements worked through exercise sequencing that challenge strength, coordination, and focus while awakening the back, hips, arms, and neck.
You’ll experience firsthand how these exercises integrate the entire body and deepen your understanding of stability and flow
in upright positions. Expect a vigorous, joyful, and historically rich workshop that will:
